After successfully organising a highly informative workshop on leveraging social media platforms, specifically Instagram and WhatsApp Business, for ADTOI Delhi/NCR members, Core Committee members of National Growth Committee, ADTOI comprising of Mr. Aashish Sehgal, Chairman & Vice President ADTOI , Mr. Ved Khanna, Vice Chairman, Mr. Atul Singh, Co-Chairman, Mr. Pinkal Shah, Co- Chairman and Mr. P P Khanna, Advisor initiated a workshop on Knowledge Session for the members of ADTOI Madhya Pradesh Chapter Members. However, Mr. Aashish Sehgal, Chairman NGC along with Mr. Pinkal Shah, Co-Chairman could not make it to the workshop due to Global IT OUTAGE IMPACT . However Mr. Ved Khanna Vice Chairman & Treasurer, ADTOI, and Mr. Atul Singh, Vice Chairman took it to Madhya Pradesh Chapter and organised with the support & assistance of MP Chapter Office Bearers a full day knowledge Session for MP Chapter members on 20th July 2024 in RAMADA ENCORE BY WYNDHAM INDORE.
The workshop was conducted by renowned social media expert Mr. Rohit Sharma and saw the enthusiastic participation of over 70 travel partners from Indore, Ujjain, and Bhopal.
The workshop aimed to equip travel professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize social media tools to enhance their business outreach and customer engagement. Mr. Rohit Sharma, with his extensive experience in digital marketing, provided valuable insights and practical tips on creating compelling content, growing an online audience, and utilizing WhatsApp Business for seamless customer communication.
Key highlights of the workshop included:
–Understanding Instagram: Strategies for creating visually appealing posts, stories, and reels to attract and engage followers.
– WhatsApp Business: Best practices for using WhatsApp Business to manage customer queries, broadcast updates, and streamline bookings.
– Content Creation: Techniques for developing engaging and relevant content tailored to the travel industry.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and Q&A segments, making the workshop a highly practical and beneficial experience.
